۳. چه چیزهایی استفاده نمی‌کنیم؟

این سایت از گوگل آنالیتیکس یا ابزار مشابه آمار، پیکسل تبلیغاتی، ابزار چت آنلاین، ویدیوی یوتیوب یا نقشهٔ جاسازی‌شده استفاده نمی‌کند. فونت‌ها از خود سایت بارگذاری می‌شوند.

۵. با چه کسانی به اشتراک گذاشته می‌شود؟

میزبان سایت: — اطلاعات روی سرورهای آن ذخیره می‌شود.
اینماد (نماد اعتماد الکترونیکی): تصویر نماد از سرور trustseal.enamad.ir بارگذاری می‌شود؛ بنابراین مرورگر شما با آن سرور تماس می‌گیرد و آدرس IP شما و نام سایت (referrer) برای آن‌ها ارسال می‌شود. استفاده از این اطلاعات تابع سیاست اینماد است.
درگاه‌های پرداخت (زیبال، آقای پرداخت): هنگام پرداخت آنلاین، مبلغ، شمارهٔ سفارش و (در صورت وجود) ایمیل/موبایل شما به درگاه انتخابی داده می‌شود و پرداخت در صفحهٔ بانکِ همان درگاه انجام می‌شود. ما شمارهٔ کارت، رمز یا CVV2 شما را نمی‌بینیم و ذخیره نمی‌کنیم؛ فقط نتیجه، شمارهٔ پیگیری و چهار رقم آخر/ماسک‌شدهٔ کارت که درگاه برمی‌گرداند ثبت می‌شود.
ارسال ایمیل و پیامک: برای ارسال پیامک، شمارهٔ موبایل و متن پیام به سرویس پیامک (sms.ir) و برای ایمیل به سرور ایمیل دامنهٔ سایت داده می‌شود.
ارائه‌دهندگان هاست/پنل پیامک (cpanel.ir، پارس‌پک، sms.ir): اگر پلن شما شامل این سرویس‌ها باشد، ممکن است اطلاعات لازم برای راه‌اندازی به همان ارائه‌دهنده داده شود.

رمز عبور به‌صورت هش‌شده ذخیره می‌شود؛ تلاش‌های پیاپی ناموفق ورود موقتاً مسدود می‌شود؛ پس از تغییر یا بازیابی رمز، سایر دستگاه‌ها خارج می‌شوند؛ کدهای بازیابی فقط هش‌شده نگه‌داری و پس از ۱۰ دقیقه یا ۵ تلاش اشتباه باطل می‌شوند.
فایل‌های سفارش در پوشه‌ای ذخیره می‌شوند که دسترسی مستقیم از اینترنت ندارد؛ دانلود فقط پس از ورود و برای صاحب سفارش یا تیم ممکن است.
هیچ سیستمی صددرصد امن نیست و نمی‌توانیم امنیت مطلق را تضمین کنیم.

۸. حقوق شما

می‌توانید اطلاعات پروفایل را از داشبورد ببینید و ویرایش کنید و رمز عبور را تغییر دهید.
برای درخواست دسترسی، اصلاح یا حذف اطلاعات، یک تیکت ارسال کنید یا با ما تماس بگیرید ().
برخی اطلاعات (مثل سوابق پرداخت) ممکن است به‌دلیل الزام قانونی یا حل اختلاف نگهداری شود.

This site does not use Google Analytics or similar statistics tools, advertising pixels, live-chat widgets, embedded YouTube videos or embedded maps. Fonts are loaded from the site itself.

5. Who we share it with

Website host: — data is stored on its servers.
Enamad (electronic trust seal): the seal image is loaded from trustseal.enamad.ir, so your browser contacts that server and your IP address and the site name (referrer) are sent to them. Their use of this data is governed by Enamad’s own policy.
Payment gateways (Zibal, Aghaye Pardakht): for an online payment, the amount, order number and (if available) your email/mobile are passed to the gateway you choose, and you pay on that gateway’s bank page. We never see or store your card number, PIN or CVV2; we only record the result, the tracking number and the masked card number the gateway returns.
Email and SMS delivery: to send an SMS, the mobile number and message text go to the SMS service (sms.ir); emails go through the mail server of the site’s domain.
Hosting / SMS-panel providers (cpanel.ir, ParsPack, sms.ir): if your plan includes these services, the information needed to set them up may be passed to that provider.
Authorities: where the law requires it.

Passwords are stored as hashes; repeated failed sign-ins are temporarily blocked; after a password change or recovery your other devices are signed out; recovery codes are kept only as hashes and expire after 10 minutes or 5 wrong tries.
Order files are stored in a folder that cannot be opened directly from the internet; downloading is possible only after login, for the order owner or the team.
No system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can view and edit your profile data and change your password in the dashboard.
To ask for access, correction or deletion of your data, send a ticket or contact us ().
Some data (such as payment records) may be kept where the law requires it or to resolve disputes.
