2. Acceptance

By creating an account, placing an order or using this site you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

3. Your account

• The registration details (username, email) must be correct.
• You are responsible for your password and for activity on your account. If you suspect misuse, tell us through a ticket.
• We may restrict or block an account that is used against these Terms.

4. Website design and development services

• Websites are written with custom code; building on WordPress is also possible if you ask for it.
• Plan details and prices (Bronze, Silver, Gold) are on the Products page. Prices are in Toman. The Gold price is set according to your needs.
• Cheaper or in-between plans are possible. Please send a ticket before you place an order; the consultation is free.
• An order you place starts as “Pending”. The start of work, the final price (especially for Gold and custom orders) and the schedule are confirmed by our team after review.
• Payment: payments are made online only, through the bank gateway (Zibal / Aghaye Pardakht), and are recorded automatically once the bank confirms them. Never enter a card number, PIN or CVV2 on this site; they are entered only on the bank's secure page.
• Free support and free edits follow the details of each plan on the Products page (for example Silver: 1 month free support; Gold: 3 months free edits).
• Some plans include hosting or an SMS panel from the named providers (cpanel.ir, ParsPack, sms.ir); using those services is also subject to that provider’s own terms.

5. Cancelling an order and refunds for website services

• While an order is “Pending” and no confirmed payment has been recorded, you can cancel it from the dashboard. If it has a confirmed payment, please send a ticket.
• Refund conditions for website-service payments:
• Any legal right that you have as a consumer under Iranian law and that cannot be waived is not affected by these Terms.

6. Your content and files

• Text, images, logos and files you send must be yours or you must have permission to use them. You are responsible for them.
• Order file uploads (images, pdf, zip, doc, txt, …) are allowed up to 8 MB per file.
• Sending illegal or harmful content (including malware) is forbidden.

7. Acceptable use

Trying to break in, bypass access limits, reach other people’s accounts or disrupt the site is forbidden.

8. Intellectual property

Content you provide stays yours. Ownership of, and the licence to use, the code and design delivered in custom projects must be made clear in the agreement of that order (through a ticket). The Glost Team name and logo and the content of this site belong to Glost Team.

9. Limitation of liability

Services are provided “as is” with reasonable effort. To the extent the law allows, Glost Team is not liable for indirect damages or for outages outside its control (such as hosting, internet or third-party provider problems). This clause does not limit rights that cannot be waived.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date of the latest update is shown at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.
